For exchanges, simply specify the new size or color you’d like in your exchange request. We will send one of our delivery personnel, who will handle the return or exchange within 4-5 working days.

• Customers must bear the shipping expense. The exchange charge is 100 BDT inside Dhaka and 150 BDT outside Dhaka.
• The exchange item must be packed well with poly, board, and all original accessories to ensure it can be offered to another customer.
• Please share a picture of the well-packed exchange item, along with all accessories, to our Facebook page here. After receiving the photo, we will proceed with the exchange or return delivery.
